reggie camarse - Lead Minister
Reggie comes to ACC with over 12 years of pastoral experience. He has strong ties to ACC as he grew up attending Coon Rapids Christian Church and Pine Haven Christian Assembly. He has excellent interpersonal communication skills which shows in his interactions with individuals and his facilitation of small groups. Reggie and his wife, Miriam, live in Andover with their two children. He is a self-proclaimed adventurous eater as he loves to cook! He also enjoys movies and spending time with people.

cary dietsche - worship minister
Cary comes to us with over twenty years' experience leading worship, organizing and leading musicians, overseeing the technical, audio, and video aspects of worship, choral arranging and directing, and accompanying vocalists and musicians. He was raised in Wisconsin (yes, he's a Packer fan). He and his wife, Rosalie, have two grown children and eight adorable grandchildren. Cary shares our passion for worship that focuses on God and involves all the people. He loves the Church and is committed to worship that includes traditional as well as contemporary music.

Bethany Kohen - Family Life Minister
Bethany started in our new Family Life Minister position in February 2022. Bethany was born and raised in the Air Force, and went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Humanities at Florida Christian College. She married her middle school sweetheart, Fabian, and they have a son named Desmond. Her present hobbies include thrifting and frequenting the Renaissance Festival, Comic-Con, and Shakespeare plays. These are a few of her favorite things: Indian food, cats, Star Trek, Just Dance, C.S. Lewis, the Newsboys, and 80s new wave.

grant kurka - youth minister
Grant has been with our team since August of 2019. He's a graduate of Lincoln Christian University with a degree in Youth & Family Ministry. He grew up in South Dakota and enjoys tacos, reading, talking "youth ministry" stuff, and learning to play every board game in existence.

emily Ronayne - office/Financial Administrator
Emily has been working in our office since August of 2019. She grew up attending ACC with her family, and has been involved with our church since 2007. Emily spent seven summers serving on staff at our church camp, Pine Haven Christian Assembly. She is a newlywed and along with her husband, Aaron, enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and spending as much time with dogs as possible.

Cathy groen - women's minister
Cathy has attended Andover Christian church since 1995. She is married to Leonard, has 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. She leads women’s classes and enjoys helping other women grow in Christ and see who they are meant to be in Christ. She loves to spend time with her grandkids, travel, read, walk, and has recently taken up snow shoeing.

Jerry wacker - care minister
Jerry is originally from Savage, MN and has been married to his wife, Marilyn, for 50 years. After high school, he got his Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. His law enforcement career spanned 30 years, mostly in Farmington, MN. For many years, he served the Lord at Valley Christian Church in Lakeville as custodian, Sunday School teacher, Benevolence committee, member involvement committee, small group leader, deacon, and elder. Jerry and Marilyn have been attending Andover Christian Church since 2016. Jerry is also an Elder here at ACC.
